Pesto!

Preserving our harvest of basil 🌿 is fun and tasty. We throw stuff in without measuring. Here Gwen is introducing you to the ingredients, then pulse it until creamy and spreadable.

In a food processor add:

Basil and Kale

Garlic 1 or 2 cloves

1/4 to 1/2 cup Parmesan (opt)

1/4 cup or more Pine nuts or Walnuts

1/2 cup or more Olive oil

Dash of lemon juice or red wine vinegar

Salt to taste.
